Introducing my £295 850!

Hello everyone!
I've just taken the plunge and bought a 1995 850 2.4 GLT with 174K on the clock and a wad of S/H.
It has some issues, which is why it was only £295. The engine (sometimes) struggles to idle and dies, on the move it stutters and lurches, and the alternator is knackered.
I've got just about enough knowledge to tackle these issues myself - get the old girl through an MOT and on the road (all things going to plan) by February.

Hi, I'm in the South East London / Kent neck of the woods.
I've been even luckier - I changed the MAF sensor, plugs, leads, oil, and filters and she's running beautifully!
Even managed a fresh MOT with no advisories

I've not thought much about changing or modifying anything......but I do love the T5 Pegasus alloys!

Nice and close then keep an eye out on the forum for local meets and car shows
we meet most Tuesdays in sellinge near Ashford too at the airport cafe.

I'm sure if you pop a post up a few of the guys will give you some good little ideas
