Steering issues
Hello,
I've had some issues with my 850......
1st off the nearside front suspension was shot to bits - a hard push on the wing and the car would bob slightly up and down at least three times.
I've changed the suspension (Thanks Rob for the parts and the advice on the phone!!!)
And now there seems to be another problem.......
The steering feels 'iffy' when I turn to the right.
It is only noticeable above 50mph - and when I turn right it feels like the car lurches right rather than turns normally. I've read a few other forums and the fault is described elsewhere as 'light' steering to the right or left. I'm not planning on any motorway driving for a while - so I'm not in a great rush................
I'm pretty sure I need a new steering rack - unless there is an easy fix for this????
I was at the limit of my mechanical skills doing the suspension - anyone know how much this will cost supplied and fitted at a garage/ friendly mechanics?????
