My Graphite 855R
Ok, for those who don't know my car, heres a few pictures. Lucky me a good mate of mine is a pro photographer. Its easy to spot the ones he took and the ones I did.
I owned a few 850 T5's and always was on the look out for my hearts desire. I wanted....an 855R, had to be manual, had to have relatively low miles, couldn't have had 11 previous owners.
Eventually (after 5 years of hunting and being fussy) I got this.....3 owners, 128K, full Volvo history. 855R manual. Original and totally unmolested. Drove from Kent to the Forest of Dean to collect it. I Paid £900. (do you like the colour coded Range Rover??) lol

Back to my workshop eventually.
Loads of fiddling later it now has......

Blue injectors
Custom map
Short shift gear linkage.
modded 960 throttle body
Magnicor KV85 plug leads.
Brisk race spark plugs.
Ultra racing Front strut brace.
70mm intake pipe (custom made and for sale by me).
ME7 exhaust manifold (modded)
Full modded rip kit
2.5 inlet manifold (has a 76mm inlet port)
20 psi actuator
Decatted heat wrapped downpipe
Modded Jetex 2.5" stainless exhaust.
305mm front brakes with larger S80 front pads.
Steel brake hoses.
Powerflex to mount and bulkhead mount.
Powerlex Gearbox tie car mounts.
Main engine mount (cam end) brand new, solid silicon filled. (Stiff as a dead badger)
Mesh grille.
6k HID's
powerflex wishbone bushes.
T5R steering wheel
T5R door card inserts
T5R gear selector boot.
Lowered by 40mm
Bilstien hd front shox.
AC system removed.
Hooter tooters relocated.
255lph fuel pump.
Retained the original nivomats with modded top mounts to allow the car to sit down.
TC front splitter.
Other things too I'm sure I've forgotten.
Things in development and will be available soon.
Carbon fibre splitter.
Carbon fibre rear spoiler
Carbon fibre headlight eyebrows
Carbon fibre wing mirror covers.
Carbon fibre cam covers.
Full 3" downpipe and exhaust (pro custom made for my by a good mate).

These lights have now been changed back to original, I didn't like them too much and the beam pattern was pants.
70mm intake pipe made by me and others available...
V40 carbon boost gauge made and installed to a customers car.
My car is a test car for any products and ideas. Its always changing.
Summary.....its pretty and go's like a stabbed rat off a polished shovel.
As they say, Old Volvos never die, they just get faster.

That step gap maf mod works mate. its got rid of the gear change hesitation. Next job is to make the carbon splitter and to refit the recirc. Not that i don't like turbo chatter but I want the car to be rid of gear change lag. The step gap MAF mod has helped loads but still there a little. Did you get the piccy i sent you? Its a 7mm gap.
